From the looks of the photo you need to be recruiting a few younger players or is it so difficult that no one is interested in learning anymore?
You guessed it. Not only is it a difficult instrument, but it just doesn't have the appeal in a nation where the church, especially those with pipe organs are in rapid decline. I'll pass on to our organists your comment about their ages. I'm sure they'll be pleased.
